Good but could be better

Yes, I can recommend this device. For Holter dynamic monitoring 3 channels are sufficient (unipolar channels). By electrode combination you can record V1, V3, V5 leads, or any other as you want. Recorded signals are good filtered, noise level is very low.
Delivered package contains bag on neck. What is missing is the chest strap for fixation to body. You can use own. But it is detail.
Another big part is supplied SW. At a glance SW looks like a little bit old-school. But all-important signal processing techniques are included. User menu is a little bit tricky for understanding but feasible to get it after some time. Overall report is full of analysis. Poincare charts are very useful. SW is stable but some views are very slow (also for just 1 hour data).

Space for improvements:
1. I feel a lack of zooming time axis!!! Only scaling in y and in 3 levels is possible. Usage of mouse wheel would be great feature.
2. Manual measurement is missing in signal view. You are not able to snap QRS vertices with appropriate precision.
3. It would be very helpful to see RR [ms] and HR [bpm] under each wave.
4. Detection of tachycardia episodes are very poor. Each tachycardia peak is marked as SV ectopy (PAC). This destroys overall arrythmia statistics.
5. Definition of ECG patterns would be also helpful because you do not know why algorithm decided to mark the complex as PAC or PVC.
6. If you are creating report and then you will update data you must click on ‘Report Update’ again and again to accept this - bug. Otherwise, only one page is printed out.
7. If you leave battery in the switched off device the battery will last only one day.
8. Signals are not possible to export in some more common data format (EDF).
In conclusion, if the CONTEC would offer more modern software with more features I would buy it. Or, AI cloud analysis would be also good business.

Good device, but...

Small, easy to carry, one battery charge is enough for 48 hours of recording. Detailed description of the various evaluation options. Clear presentation of pathological ECG events and quantification. Overall a good long-term ECG recorder. Unfortunately, it does not have CE certification, which rules out its use in a German health insurance doctor's practice.
